We believe that every NICU mom deserves the opportunity to pursue her professional goals while embracing the joys of motherhood. Our organization is committed to providing a supportive community and comprehensive resources tailored to the unique needs of NICU moms.

Our Career Returnship Memberships are initiative are designed specifically to assist NICU moms in reestablishing their careers. Through this program, we offer personalized career coaching, skill development workshops, on the job training, and consulting project plan templates to connect NICU moms with supportive professionals and potential employers. We recognize the value of their experiences and empower them to confidently relaunch their careers.

In addition to the Career Returnship Program, we provide opportunities for the public to support us with their knowledge as well.  Our curated collection of customized project plans will help small business owners reach their professional goals as well as equipping NICU moms with the tools they need to thrive currently in the NICU and beyond in their professional development.
